- ergo_lyps coaching optimizes your training in a simple, interesting and extremely successful way!
- You can choose one of the four possible training goals in advance: cardiovascular training, weight/fat reduction, endurance training or muscle buildup.
- The computer in the dashboard generates and monitors an optimal training plan for the user based on BMI, weight, body fat content, resting heart rate, heart rate when exercising, etc., as well as an individual fitness test.
- The training plan is continually updated based on automatic supervision of training results, which ensures motivated and succesful training.
- Coaching means: "Set your training objective and start training". Everything else will be individually adapted to the user by the computer.
- The display can graphically show training progress, weight and/or body-fat reduction.

Powerful dashboard:
The clearly arranged, user-friendly dashboard displays and controls information and is located in direct view and within reach of the user. That way all settings can be entered and controlled by the user in his usual sitting position. Permanently stored and manually programmable training programs and data are processed and monitored by a powerful computer that uses 5 LCD windows and a graphic screen to display the corresponding data. Any required setting can be entered without interrupting the workout.
LCD displays for performance output (in watt), pedal rate, speed, distance, heart rate and calorie consumption; programmable upper pulse limit. Data storage for 4 users, high resolution graphic display with 4864 pixels shows pre-chosen training intensity curves.
